We will know our hurts have healed when we no longer think or talk about them.

To be void of dis ease, our conscious and subconscious minds are aligned. We are not thinking and speaking blessings in one moment and cursing in the next. If you want to experience peace, open your heart and forgive.

When we let go of the small stuff, the things that trouble us, the doubts, fears and worries that cause us to be in dis ease, we find ease and heal.
